The story behind KinKonnects

KinKonnects began with a simple belief: professionals in Kinshasa deserve a place that feels good to work in. A space with natural energy, thoughtful design and the calm needed to focus, create and connect.

We opened our doors in the final quarter of 2024 to give freelancers, entrepreneurs, remote teams and growing companies a more inspiring alternative to working from home or committing to a long commercial lease.

Our team grew up alongside this city, so KinKonnects is personal to us. Every detail, from the welcome at reception to the reliable internet and comfortable work areas, is designed to help people feel at ease, do their best work and build meaningful connections.

Mission

Turn shared workspace into something genuinely collaborative: tailored resources, a reliable environment, and a network that makes professional and personal growth possible.

Vision

Build a lasting community where tomorrow’s ideas and businesses are born, by strengthening the ties between the people of Kinshasa in service of their collective goals.

Values

We care more about the network than the building: real connections, and collaborations that go somewhere. In practice that means reliable technology, a space that makes sense to use, and staff who pay attention.
