What is open seating?
Open seating, or hot-desking, is a flexible plan that lets you take any free desk across our open-plan floor. It suits people who like a collaborative, changing environment.
Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are possible, but we recommend booking ahead, particularly at peak times, to guarantee availability.
Can I keep the same desk every day?
No: seats aren’t assigned, and you choose an available desk on each visit. If you want a desk that stays yours, the Dedicated desk plan does exactly that, and Dedicated Desk Plus adds partitions on three sides.
Which amenities are included?
Fast fibre internet, ergonomic seating, power at every position, unlimited tea, coffee and water, the kitchenette with microwave and fridge, the lounge, daily cleaning, printing and scanning, and parking. A storage drawer is not included with open seating; lockers are available to rent.
Does open seating work for teams?
It suits individuals and small, informal collaborations best. For an established team, we recommend dedicated desks or a private office.
