Screened on three sides
A private desk in Kinshasa, without renting an office
Everything a dedicated desk gives you, with partitions on three sides. Your screen, your calls and your paperwork stay yours, at a fraction of what a private office costs.

Why Dedicated Desk Plus
This is the space to take when a shared floor works for you but an open desk does not.
- 1
Your screen is your business
Partitions on three sides mean client files, financial models and draft contracts are not readable by whoever walks past. For anyone handling confidential work, this is the difference between being able to use a coworking space and not.
- 2
Calls without the theatre
Screening absorbs enough of the room that you can take a call at your desk instead of hunting for somewhere to stand.
- 3
Cheaper than an office you do not need
A private office makes sense from five people. On your own, or as a pair, you are paying for walls and floor you never use. This buys the privacy without the room.
- 4
The same desk, every day
Your seat is reserved in your name. Leave the second screen plugged in, leave the files in the drawer, and pick up where you stopped.
- 5
You keep the floor
You are still on the main floor, still meeting the people around you. Privacy at the desk, not isolation from the room.
Who it suits
Almost everyone who takes this desk shares one thing: their work is confidential, and their team is small.
Consultants and analysts
Client data on the screen all day, and an obligation to keep it that way.
Lawyers and accountants
Case files and books that should not be legible over your shoulder.
Founders raising or hiring
Cap tables, salary bands and candidate notes are not things you want the next desk reading.
Remote employees under a policy
Some employers will not let you work from an open floor. A screened desk usually satisfies the policy.
Anyone on calls all day
If most of your week is video calls, screening changes how the day feels for you and for everyone near you.
What you actually get
The desk is the same as a dedicated desk. Everything below is what the partitions add.
Partitions on three sides
Screened left, right and in front, open behind you, so the desk stays part of the floor rather than becoming a box.
A reserved desk in your name
The same seat every day. Nobody else uses it, and nothing gets moved between visits.
A storage drawer
Included with the desk. Files, equipment and anything you would rather put away.
Room to set up properly
Leave the second screen, the keyboard and the dock in place. This is a workstation, not a seat you clear every evening.
48 desks, so there is usually one free

Dedicated Desk Plus questions
What is the difference between a dedicated desk and Dedicated Desk Plus?
One thing: partitions on three sides. Both give you the same reserved desk, the same storage drawer and the same access to everything else. Plus adds screening so your screen and your calls stay yours.
Is it enclosed like an office?
No. Three sides are screened and the fourth is open to the floor. It is a private working position, not a room. If you need a door and a key, that is a private office.
How is it sold?
Monthly, like every dedicated desk here. There is no daily or weekly option, because the desk is held in your name whether or not you come in.
Can I leave my equipment set up?
Yes. The desk is yours, so a second screen, a keyboard and a dock can stay plugged in, and the drawer takes whatever you would rather put away.
Can a small team take several of them?
Yes, and several people often sit together. Past five people it is usually worth comparing the cost against a private office, which we are happy to do with you.
Come and sit at one
Fifteen minutes at the desk tells you more than any photograph. Tell us when suits and we will hold one for you to try.
