Conference room in Kinshasa for 8 to 20 people
Between the small meeting room and the hotel banquet suite, Kinshasa is missing a format: eight to twenty people, seated, working for half a day.

This is the worst served size in the city. Below eight, a meeting room does the job. Above thirty, hotels are equipped for it. In between, people end up hiring a banquet room that is too big, too expensive and badly configured for a presentation.
Layouts worth knowing
- U shape: up to sixteen. Best for a committee or a workshop where everyone speaks.
- Classroom: up to twenty. For training with note taking and laptops.
- Theatre: maximum capacity, no tables. For a short presentation with little writing.
- Boardroom: twelve to fourteen. For a formal decision with a document in front of each person.
Ask which layouts the room can actually take. Not all can, and changing it on the day eats into your slot.
What to check technically
- 1.Screen size and position: the back row must read a slide without squinting.
- 2.Cabling: HDMI, a USB C adapter, and a spare cable on site.
- 3.Sound: past twelve people an unamplified voice stops carrying in an air conditioned room.
- 4.Connection: guaranteed bandwidth if you are streaming or anyone joins remotely.
- 5.Power: automatic changeover, with autonomy covering the whole session.
- 6.Air conditioning: a full room heats up fast in Kinshasa.
The logistics that decide it
At twenty people parking becomes a real subject, and the drive from Gombe or from the airport sets your actual start time. Plan somewhere people can take a call without leaving the building.
Order catering in advance. An improvised coffee break in Kinshasa costs half an hour of session time.
How long to book
A presentation announced as two hours occupies three once you count setup, late arrivals and the conversations at the end. Book the half day rather than overrunning by the minute; it is almost always cheaper than extra hours at the top rate.

FAQ
What is the maximum capacity?
Twenty seated. Beyond that you need a hotel banquet room, which is a different and more expensive product.
Can the layout be changed?
Yes, if you ask when booking. Same day changes are possible but they take time out of your slot.
Is catering available?
It is ordered in advance. Give numbers and break times when you book.
